ZIYARAH – Return & Refund Policy

At ZIYARAH, your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns (7-Day Policy)

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective on arrival

  • You received the wrong product / variant

  • The bottle or packaging is physically damaged

To be eligible for a return:

  • The perfume must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (order number / invoice)


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment

  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days to reflect depending on your bank

Refunds are provided only for:

  • Damaged/defective items

  • Wrong product sent

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch


3. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used perfumes

  • Opened bottles

  • Fragrances with personal dislike of scent, as perfume preference varies from person to person

However, if the scent you received is completely different from the one you ordered, we will replace it.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item was damaged on arrival

Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned product.


5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or not answering delivery calls, reshipping charges will apply.
